(Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to sex and love addicts, and to practice these principles in all areas of our lives. Having an enjoyable experience from the use of love and sex, I tried to carry this message to other suffering loveless, sexually repressed people to lead them to practice these principles in all their affairs with me. Sought through experimentation, expert opinions, partying, and the advice of my loving friends, a better, stronger, orgasm and emotional bond. (Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.)ġ0. Collected whatever I felt that I was owed whenever possible, regardless of the fact that doing so may cause injury or harm to someone else. (Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.)ĩ. I declared that I have total control over my sexual activities and feelings of love and that I can completely manage my life and still love and have unrestrained sex.
